At We meet Brands we are happy to have had the opportunity to design, for the second year running, the communication platform and the brand identity for TEDxLUISS. The theme of this year has been “(r)evolution”, a play on the words revolution and evolution. The event provided audience and speakers with a unique chance to share ambitions and projects of revolution and evolution of the world around us.
Working in partnership with the organizations we looked to create a bold and vibrant identity that includes a modern take on the X icon, a symbol that is part of TEDx, that is now flexible for digital and broadcasts formats. Our aim was to create an identity that acknowledges everyone who plays a part in one of the most exciting independent communities around the world. We defined tone of voice principles for TEDxLUISS to communicate its spirit, vibrancy and energy. As part of the new brand we developed an extensive colour palette – from warm to fresh, creating a distinctive graphic language. And with a fresh new take on the iconic X, we’ve created an identity that’s purpose-built for the demands of the festival.
